We design with the future in mind, creating solutions that deliver value while reducing environmental impact.
We use research, evidence, and continuous learning to understand problems deeply and build solutions that work in real-world contexts.
We put people at the heart of what we do, listening to communities and designing solutions around their realities, needs, and aspirations.

We believe lasting change is built together. We work with communities, partners, institutions, and innovators to combine knowledge, resources, and expertise.
We are driven by more than commercial success. Our work is guided by a clear purpose: creating lasting value for people, communities, and the planet.
Energy poverty and environmental pollution are two of the greatest challenges facing communities today. We believe no one should have to choose between access to clean energy and a healthy planet.
Limited access to reliable electricity restricts education, livelihoods, healthcare, and economic opportunity—particularly for underserved households and small businesses. Nigeria continues to face significant electricity-access and reliability challenges.
Plastic and electronic waste are growing environmental challenges. In Nigeria, the World Bank estimates approximately 6 million tonnes of plastic waste are generated annually, with a large share considered mismanaged.
Dependence on fossil-fuel-based energy, particularly for backup generation, contributes to greenhouse gas emissions and air pollution. Globally, electricity generation remains a major source of CO₂ emissions, making the transition to cleaner energy essential.
Plastic and electronic products often reach the end of their first use without being recovered, reused, or transformed into new value. This creates unnecessary pollution while valuable materials are lost from the economy.
Every solution we build is designed to create lasting environmental, social, and economic value. From expanding access to clean energy to reducing waste and strengthening communities, our impact is measured not only by the technologies we deploy, but by the lives we improve and the future we help shape.
